Los Angeles Solidarity with Egyptians Saturday, Feburary 5th 11:30 AM-Federal Building, 11000 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA

Amnesty International is reporting that many have been arrested and rounded up and taken to undisclosed locations with the assistance and support of some elements of the Egyption Military.

There is still very little examination of the vast Imperial and private external security appuratus, it’s interest and history in quelling popular revolutions and its close association with this corrupt regime in Egypt.

Support RAWA This links to a seperate story in which there is general surprise over the mineral wealth of Afghanistan. Supposed surprise of such wealth is complete bunk. This has been known for decades. The same entities which printed the material which largely contributed to the incarnation of today’s Taliban are attached to decades of geological study of Afghanistan mineral wealth.

When you’re a country that shoots for empire, the reigns of power are written away in blank checks for expansive degredation and dehumanization campaigns. These campaigns work in such a way so that people in American society cannot receive doctoring and medicine without first being considered the menace of Societal wealth and health. However, assets of the CIA can recieve viagra to regain “authoritative position.” The story can be repeated to the masses of Americans as a nice little joke, a description which fits nicely into the narrative of 18th century degredation vs 21st century innovation and progress. We give drugs to assets in a government, which operates in benefit to drug cartels among other dubious groups. Under the cover of “war on terror” or “war on drugs,” brutality is used in an actual war on democracy to prop up those who serve the strategic interests of the few who operate above the government. If drug lords work, fine. Currently, the “war on terror” strategically supports a government supplying 93 percent of the world’s opium used in production of heroine. This is all done in the name of national interests. In the name of realism.
